The SEPECAT Jaguar is a plane Franco-English attack.
It was the result of a joint project of the British firms BAC (now BAE) and French Breguet (now Dassault), which formed the Société Européenne de Production de l'Avion d'Ecole et d'Appui Combat Tactique (SEPECAT). Originally designed as a tactical trainer aircraft, became a fighter-bomber. The first example flew on 8 September 1968. Four versions were built: the Jaguar S single-seat and two-seat Jaguar B for the RAF, the Jaguar A single-seater and two-seater Jaguar B for the French Air Force. It was also built a prototype for the bundled version Jaguar M, which was not followed. Oman, India, Ecuador and Nigeria bought this plane. India is the largest operator, operating the IM Jaguar with Agave radar in the nose both anti-ship missions as in classical attacks. The British Jaguar aircraft and French had their hour of glory during the Gulf War, when they were heavily used in battle. The French Jaguar specializes in AS30L missile guided Laser.
This kit from Italeri, serves to reconstruct the 'spotty', the Jaguar made the farewell flight of the Royal Air Force fleet, and according to many, the 'Big Cat' most beautiful ever painted.
